# Compare the look

A completed color comparison, with the same illustration throughout\.

## From two options to one preference

Imagine trying Blue first, then Purple\. Blue gives the drawing a cool blue accent; Purple gives it a violet accent\. The teeth, brackets, wire and background keep exactly the same shapes and colors\.

The finished preference can be simple: “I compared Blue and Purple on the same illustration\. I prefer Purple because I like that accent more\.” The reason is personal taste\. No score, vote or booking is needed to complete the comparison\.

A parent can accurately retell it: “Only the illustrated rings changed\. Purple is the preference to discuss, and the treating team confirms the actual options\.”

## Will one color make my teeth look whiter?

This drawing cannot answer that for your own teeth\. Its tooth color stays constant; it is not a photograph or an individual shade preview\. Switching rings does not simulate whitening\.

You can use the same unchanged drawing to decide which accent you enjoy\. That is a useful appearance choice without turning it into a promise about your smile\. [Return to the color picker](</#try-a-color>) to try your comparison\.
